Mr. Huang is a passionate environmental professional with over five years of experience in conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil & groundwater monitoring and sampling programs, as well as site remediation projects across Canada. Mr. Huang joined Safetech in 2020, with extensive experience in Phase One and Phase Two ESAs, tank removal supervisions, delineations, budgeting, ground water extraction programs, and other projects with limited guidance, identified environmental risks through comprehensive records review, detailed site investigations, and thorough interviews with clients and government authorities. Mr. Huang has extensive experience carrying out environmental field and reporting activities in accordance with Ontario Regulation 153/04 (as amended) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Z768-01 and Z769-00.
