Richard joined Safetech in 2017. Mr. Batista's responsibilities include the identification and reporting of hazardous building materials such as asbestos-containing materials, mould contaminated building materials and lead based paints. Mr. Batista assists in overseeing large scale multi-phase disaster restoration projects within major healthcare facilities and commercial sites throughout the GTA. His responsibilities include the supervision of contractor personnel, and ensuring inspection and testing services are provided to the highest possible standards.
