Not everything can be done at once.  Roofs deteriorate, elevators and HVAC equipment need maintenance, tenant spaces require upgrades and renovations.  Prioritizing your maintenance, renovations and tenant upgrade projects requires a clear understanding of the condition and lifespan of the equipment and materials and costs involved for upgrades or replacement.  Safetech can evaluate building conditions and identify any hazardous building materials that need to be addressed prior to project start-up to aid in prioritizing projects and projecting project costs.

Maintaining a good relationship with tenants isn’t always easy.  Multiple tenant groups may place different (and sometimes unrealistic) demands on the needs and conditions of their space.  Complaints or concerns expressed by tenants need to be addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.  Sometimes the issue can be resolved simply through proper communication and education.  Safetech can provide third party consultation to address health, safety and environmental concerns that your tenants may have.
