Louis Le Tarnec has been working in the indoor environmental field since 2004 within the Ontario region. His supervisory role in environmental contracting provided a significant amount of hands on site experience navigating various industrial, commercial and residential phases of the environmental remediation process. Mr. LeTarnec developed a keen eye for indoor environmental conditions leading into consulting and the project management of large scale indoor environmental projects including mould remediation, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, smoke and fire remediation, indoor air quality and disaster restoration projects.

This includes preparation of proposals, design of assessment and sampling programs, providing scope of work and specifications, performing site investigations and sampling, providing direction to contractors and reporting to clients. Mr. LeTarnec has also been responsible for project managing the environmental consulting for large scale multi-phase disaster restoration projects within major healthcare facilities and commercial sites throughout the GTA.

Mr. Le Tarnec’s roll also extends into providing consultation for facility managers in managing their indoor environmental issues including mould management programs, asbestos awareness and management of infection control during construction in health care facilities.
