Since 2014, Mr. Smith has worked on many environmental abatement projects. Mr. Smith's responsibilities include the identification and reporting of hazardous building materials such as asbestos-containing materials, mould contaminated building materials and lead based paints. Mr. Smith oversees large scale multi-phase disaster restoration projects within major healthcare facilities and commercial sites throughout the GTA. His responsibilities include the supervision of contractor personnel, and ensuring inspection and testing services are provided to the highest possible standards.
