Environmental Site Assessments

Documentation on the quality of your site

As a Land Owner, Developer, or General Contractor, you may come across requirements by the local municipality or township that requires specific environmental documents. These can range from historical data to intrusive investigations that may involve the collection of representative soil and groundwater samples. These documents may then be required to be submitted to the local environmental governing body and the municipality for review prior to your construction. These environmental reports typically take a minimum of four weeks to generate and can take longer if a Record of Site Condition is required. It is always recommended to consult your local environmental consultant and engineers for advice on timing to mitigate costly delays.
