The Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) has released the proposed draft of the new National Standard of Canada for radon mitigation options for existing low rise residential buildings

The Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) has released the proposed draft of the new National Standard of Canada for radon mitigation options for existing low rise residential buildings, CAN/CGSB-149.12, Radon mitigation options for existing low rise residential building. The Standards Council of Canada requires all proposed draft standards be made available for a period of 60 days for public review during the development process, to allow input from interested parties. The public review period will be open for comments until September 1, 2015.

Please provide your comments directly to the CGSB by requesting a copy of the draft standard & the Comments form. To request a copy of the proposed draft standard, please contact the Canadian General Standards Board.
